Cink has maybe the wife on the bag with a lightweight camo Ping carry bag. You don't see that too often.

Par 9 and he’s hitting iron off the tee? He must be long...

Long left off the tee the ball gets funnelled into a hazard.

I was going to say hello to Bowdo but he dunked his ball into the water on 8 off the tee, and the shot in wasn't that great, so I chose not to wait for him to get to the green I didn't think he would be in the mood for a chat after that and I had to head off for the junior event.

I'd like more courses I play to have par 9's.

925m though, so it's a bloody long way to walk after a little white ball.

How horrible is channel 7's coverage? It's been on tv for 45 minutes and they've shown about 5 live shots.

They were showing their "pre game" while the leaders were teeing off on the 1st.

Somebody please help Mark Allen to curb his breathy course commentating - it was just as bad at the Aus Open.

Not sure if he's unfit struggling with walking while carrying the mic or there is some other reason for it ?

Unfitness may well be the cause given his health issues!

I am caddying in the Aust PGA this week. We have been drawn with Cameron Champ for the final round. Could be an interesting day!

Who you on the bag for Braddles ?I'm not a "natural" golfer, physically, but I would give my left nut to be out on any tour caddying.

Not a fan of the broomstick either but in fairness to AS its within the rules as they stand so long as he doesn't anchor - and unlike Reed, he is unlikely to flaunt the rules knowing there's a camera on his every move and a million armchair rules officials waiting to have their say.

Was interesting to hear Nick O'Hearn's comments while in the commentary box yesterday that even as a previous broomstick guy he thinks they should change the rule so putter must be the shortest club in the bag. Surely this is the simplest solution

Adam Scott is cooked. Can’t even hit the fairway with a 3i.

I'm quoting this post so Bushy can't go back and edit it, now that Scott is 14 under and leading. He looked cooked after he drove it into a tree root, but somehow made par, and doesn't look cooked any more.

This has turned out to be a good tournament. I'm glad I chose to stay with it rather than waste my time on the 20/20.

Just as I was getting into the car Jim to drive home.... 3 tee shots in a row

-laying up with a 5i into the piss
    -carving 3i into the woods
-pulled driver into the fig roots

    I was completely off him.

Good shot on 15 obviously saved him while everyone was spewing all over themselves.
