    Nice one.

Played in the Stableford comp at Maryborough today. Not going into too much detail, but shot even par on the front, then +10 on the back. Never have I felt like I got every bit of luck on the front, and absolutely nothing on the back. It's times like this I am glad I don't drink.

    22/13 35.
    3 wipes (all back 9)
    1 bird

You have it backwards. Rounds like that make me glad I do drink.

Had my lowest ever round with a Stableford score of 40 which was 78 off the stick (par 70). It was 20 points each 9 but achieved very different ways. The front was 2 birdies and 2 doubles with a balance of pars and bogeys. The back nine was 3 bogeys and 6 pars.

I had some very good luck hitting the pin from the bunker on the 16th. It would have gone a long way past the green if it hadn't.

79 for 35 points. Considering I hit some tee balls all over the map it was really quite good. Two or three birdies putts just didn’t drop but it was a solid day.

Last round of the year, Courty and I snuck out at 05:30 for a game and it was an awesome morning for it. Surprisingly toasty even after the 1st or 2nd hole. We ripped round in 2hrs 47mins and enjoyed a couple of icy beverages in the AC of the clubhouse before heading home all before 09:30.

    Played evens this morning, D, 4w, 3i, 468P, 54, P

    2 birdies
    1 double
    1 bogey

    73(+1)

Have a happy new year everyone. All the best for 2020.
