    Default Champs Accomodation

    OK
For us staying on the island for the Champs. Who has accom sorted?
Where is the best place to stay? Are we all going to try to stay close together or is it a case of catch and kill your own. Where is the best place to stay on the Pumicestone side of the island or the surf side. So many ? so little space.

Best place would probably be the fairways resort, on the Bribie golf course. But not necessarily the cheapest.

I think quite a few have already booked at Fairways resort.

The car/cot pool thread discusses some of the accom options.

FG & John and Brad & I are booked in at Fairways. For a 2 bedroom apartment, it worked out at $300 for 3 nights per couple.

I'm pretty sure a few people are camping also.

Camping might be my option as a rooom at fairways for a single could get pricey even with my airline discount.

How much can you get a 2 or 3 for Grunt. Pretty sure there are some who would share.

Depending on price I might be interested. My brother lives on the island but the other side from the golf course, no not really stumbling distance.

Yeah, not much sleep would be happening in a 5-6 person room.

That works out best. No-one wants to be alone in the dark with Jarro.

Woah, woah, woah. Don't let your focus stray from Jarro. In your moment of weakness he will pounce like the sexual predator he is!
