His ball position at setup doesn't seem great either, but I'm not going to do much instruction this early on, and leave that to the pro.
It could also be the club(s) lie angle and or his stance. Club Face too upright, toe digs in and ball goes right. Gripping down (which should flatten the effective lie) might answer the question on that.
