    Set myself to do 5km or about 40 minutes on the elliptical cross training machine, got to that point feeling great, so kept pressing on to the hour and at 53 minutes, Highway Star came on my spotify play list and rode me to the hour, feeling pumped, my gym has shit music so love my spotify

    Over a month of being able to walk along footpaths that aren't blocked by cafe tables. And the strollers. And the shopping trolleys. And the planters that divide them from the parked cars. And the A-frame signs.

    It feels like Australia again, rather than pseudo Eurotrash.

    Hopefully, it will also cut down on the forest of stand heaters wasting gas, and the fracking that is needed to fuel them.
