Thanks gents for the company today. We had a good time in the final group. There was a mixture of good and bad golf. Some highlights in our group included Boots fair dinkum punishing his newly bought Cally Epic all day. He barely missed a fairway too. One particular highlight was watching him hit Driver/4i over the green on the 510m par 5. Mr White also played pretty steady golf and was definitely the most consistent putter of the group. Nadge and I had our up and downs too but really enjoyed the day. Even the weather held out apart from a 10min shower on the back nine. I'll leave it to Hatchy to go over the detailed results.

A more detailed run down of the scores will be posted later as full details are on the iPad at home and I’m now in the City taking Mrs Kanga out for late Dinner.

Winner of the day was Peppas on a count back from Thecollective with 31pts
Third place was MrWhite with 30pts
Forth place was Marcel with 29pts

Yours truly is leading the NAGA with 22pts

Jono scooped the Pool with 2x NTP and the Long Drive.
    Marcel got the other NTP
Coopers Country got the NTP for 2

What I thought was enough novelty bags of Snakes and Choo Bars for Hosel Rockets, 4 putts, Airy’s, fail to pass the Reds for 2 was all given out today.
Special mention must go out to my group with 3 of those class shots (no Hosel Rocket ) all happening on the 10th hole. Side note: I didn’t feature in that, I got my 4 jiggle out of the way on the 7th.

The 4 best scores from Mt Compass will be in the last group at Royal Adelaide.
The other groups will be worked out tomorrow. We will be trying to mix the groups up so people get a chance to play with ones they’ve never played with before where possible.

First day of summer, and it's winter in Adelaide. Might be a tough day. At least there's not too much rain forecast.

That one was the top of the range about 4 years ago, I purchased it from BuyInvite for around $170 from memory

Just like to say thanks for the opportunity to play in my and Boots’s first SA champs it was an awesome weekend
Well done to Hatchy and Neil for organising a great weekend , Congratulations to Bobs your Uncle on winning I was in his group on Sunday and it was great round in those conditions (not to mention having to play with this chopper)
Fantastic to meet all the guys from SA and interstate, not sure how Peppas didn’t go back 10 kg heavier after a half dozen Kitcheners

Sorry for the lateness but I just wanted to say thanks for a great SA champs. Thanks to the locals who got another SA champs running on short notice, and thanks to all who attended. Always a great weekend!

In particular thanks to Hatchy and Marcel for the lifts, and to Ferret, Marcel, Waz, TheCollective and Mr White for the rounds. Hopefully see you all again next year for some golf and a few kitcheners

Same for me. Had an awesome time and will definitely return next year especially is RA stays in the SA champs rota. 😉

Thank you Owen for your hospitality and thanks to all my playing partners including marcel who I finally got a game with (well almost a full round). Thank you Hatch and Neil for doing the organising and yes The Kitchener cup worked very well as stroke play average score. 😊

Sorry Peps but those Kitchener buns didn’t do it for me ... 😂
