Google cant find any info on the "Proto-OMN" stamping, can only say its from a JPGA tour player, so sometimes they get given this stuff to try out.
There is no markings at all to indicate loft, comes in 9.5 and 10.5 and this player definitely prefers lower lofts so you can assume its 9.5 (no guarantee)

Condition is mint: at best used for a handful of hits. 1cm scratch/scuff on crown visible on close inspection, that will easily buff out as doesnt reach the metal. You hackers will scuff it up more after one just one round..
