OK, so it seems Portland Bay Lodge is available at this stage every day for the period Thursday 30th Jan through to the weekend of March 22nd.

Catering is an extra $60 per day and is all the food and drink we can consume, so I think we'll opt in to that for $2 per person per day!

Opening a can of worms here but does anyone have any dates that they simply have to avoid to be able to make this. This is your one and only chance....

Oh, and apparently previous golf groups have used the beach volleyball court to practice their bunker shots, so there's that! LOL

Same here please Lefty. The 21st is my youngest's birthday and also may have some unavoidable work commitments around this date. The 3rd of March is my wife's birthday so if that date could be avoided that would also be appreciated (bloody Piceans ). As always it's whatever suits the majority so I'll try my best to make whatever the dates are work. 👍

That catering price per head? Seems too cheap.

Stay away from the first weekend in Feb

Weekend of 23rd and 24th to be avoided, I'll try my best.

Kind of suits as I was leaning towards the weekend of 15th and 16th anyway. Only issue that may arise from this is that weekend is VERY likely to be Portland's club champs on the Saturday. Not an issue in regards to getting on, just may mean a slightly fuller field which could push our tee times towards 11AM instead of 12ish.

We also pack take away lunches and do the washing up so if you want a very relaxing weekend then this highly recommended."

I'm worried about that also. $60 per head would be phenomenally expensive, and surely no one would ever do that, but $60 for the group per day seems too low. I'll have to clarify this.

I know you're kidding, but if this trip IS the 13th - 17th of Feb and anyone misses it due to Valentine's Day, I'll seriously be questioning their life choices. Hard.
