I'm thinking about it. The dates may clash with some other commitments.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

I'm now booked in to play in the weekend stableford event. The Oasis should be a good spot to stay. It's probably about a 20 minute drive from there to the course.

You're too kind. I'm on north side of 40 so there was a category for me.

I've been told that the golf event is full and registrations have now closed. If anyone is still keen on having a hit at Half Moon Bay the annual Open is on the following weekend.

I believe registrations for most events closed last Friday so the organisers have time to put together the accreditation packs for each competitor I didn't realise until yesterday that we have to collect our pack prior to the start of the event.

Unfortunately I'm not able to do Thursday due to work commitments. The competitor accreditation packs are able to be picked up from Tuesday next week at the Rego Hub which will be at 51 The Esplanade. It should only be a 10 minute walk from where you're staying.

Yep, that's me. I may need to ask for my Saturday time to be changed to a later tee off to fit in with some other commitments but hopefully it can stay as is. Either way I'm just looking forward to having a hit.I'll admit the timesheet isn't as full as I was lead to believe it would be.
