He was so lucky as he could easily have lost by 5 or more.

No surprise I love my jdm, had most of them and my latest Honma 737vs are exceptional even with my gumby swing. The best aspect currently is how easy it is to take a decent divot and the shot not feel fat, not experienced this in my previous sets. Gained distance and this could very well be attributed to the shafts, reg and not stiff in this instance....Justin rang me a while ago and I told him to go for it, I�m happy and I�m sure you will be as well I said 😜😜

I listened to a podcast the other day and they had Patrick Boyd on. He made a very interesting point about grinds and turf interaction being the primary thing they focus on when building custom irons.
