I've been getting responses fairly quickly from Jones Australia on Instragram. I ordered on the 5th Sept and they said mine would be dispatched next week but said orders could take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Stock is coming from Melbourne so not sure why 8 weeks. I've ordered from them before and they were very helpful and organised. The bad feedback seems out of character from my previous experience but that was only one order I guess.
