Default Drill to stop hitting short irons fat

Evening all. I'm hitting my short irons a little heavy which is hurting with the soft winter fairways. Anyone got any drills or tips that they can recommend?

    Cheers

Hey mate, the flamingo drill helped me with sequencing and contact and also helped me get into the left side better.

Thanks Jono, will give it a go. I hate chunking it - I'd rather catch it slightly thin.
