TM Mini Driver cracked.
One of my all-time favourite clubs has suffered a catastrophic failure. My TM SLDR 12* Mini Driver has a crack in the bottom of the face. I purchased it new a few years back now, so I'm not expecting too much help from the manufacturer. Has anyone dealt with Taylormade regarding a cracked head, and do they only concern themselves with issues with recently purchased stuff?

I had a R7 425 replaced (with R7 superquad) from a crack, a mate had had both a M2 driver and 3 wood also replaced (with M4's) recently. All those were models within one or two generations though, replaced without hesitation from Taylormade to their credit. I guess the problem is with the mini is what do they replace it with?
One thing to consider though, does it affect performance? If not keep using it. when I got that superquad replaced I hated it, loved my 425 and where the crack was (toe) it wasn't an issue really.

I phoned TaylorMade today and they said their warranty period is 2 years, and I would need to return it to a stockist and provide proof of purchase in Australia.
I’m not sure how long ago I bought it - it could be 3 years ago, I don’t have a receipt, and to be honest with all the clubs I’ve bought - I can’t even remember where I got it.
I might just keep using it and see how it goes, and in the meantime keep an eye out for a replacement.
