    Well done PeteyD and Daves!

    35 points today. 18&17.
    Hit it well for the most part, but missed 5 putts inside 5 feet. Also bladed/shanked 3 wedges inside 100m.
    Driver went much better today than last outing. Teeing it lower. Baby steps. Got plenty of 250m+ drives down the middle with a small fade. Happy with that. Playing again next week for my 4th hit this year!

    Well done Pete, might not be the score you wanted but you got the chocolates.

    Thanks all. Not nearly the scores Pete and I wanted, but it is the advantage of leading into the last round. We both actually increased our leads as no one chased us down.

    Thanks guys. Win is a win! Comp over 4 Saturdays is a long time to have it bouncing around in your head. Only the second time I have played the champs as it used to be in September in football season.

    Well done PD and Daves.

    I'm guessing your score on that hole higher than the temperature at the time?

    Not quite - it was short sleeves for the round. Got cold on 18 though.

    He is a good kid Dom but I’m not sure he is good enough to make it, a bit like his brother!

    played a round yesterday; played decent but struggled with playing Par 3s for some reason.... blew 3 of the 4 par 3s;
    Putting was great at the beginning, but seemed to lost interest at the end of the 2nd 9.
    Ended the day with a 31 points

    Stableford at Half Moon Bay today. 37 points with a couple of three putts, but happy overall with how I played in drizzly and heavy conditions.

    Stableford @ Cairns. Managed to shoot 21/23 for 43 points and my first time at level par in a comp here. Played well but kept it in play, one 3-putt, no doubles, 3 birdies. Tried a new app too, GolfMetrics, which is developed by Mark Broadie and is proper strokes gained. I’ll attach a few screenshots as it allows you to export PDF reports.

    35 points, 20 on the front with 4 birdies, had a double on 9 then an OB on 10, and only 15 points on the back.

    33 Points. 17/16 pts. Ran out of puff a bit but a chip in birdie on 17 made the score look better than it was. Working on a few things to improve and they seem to be getting there slowly. Certainly using some muscles that are not used to being used so much (This is combined with learning to walk properly again with my exercise physiologist). Can't wait for the longer days giving me a bit more time to practice.
