I suspect due to a combination of higher No. of orders and lower transport frequency options.

If it's anything like the drummond stores I've spoken with, they're probably swamped - with limited options for sport at the moment, a lot of people are taking up golf. I've been told drummond are selling more package sets now than they do at Christmas, which is usually their busiest time of the yeah. Golfbox is probably the same, and struggling to keep up.

I have a 10 percent code for doing a review. Not sure if anyone else can use it but happy to send it to someone to try if they want it.

Is that for Clothing/Shoes only, or is there another sale?

First visit to a Golf Box store. Very impressed and were doing a good trade.
Would be the best golf store I've been in.

It’s a fair trade off for them housing so many wankers

They don't need to open any stores over east, most are happy to buy online. They shut down all but three over here and probs will not be long before they go.

Wish we had one in qld. Went to both golf world and Drummond on Friday for two polar opposite experiences.

Golf world so helpful and friendly but didn’t have to much stock apart from their own brand (newish store)

Drummond loads of stock but not one person looked like they wanted to work there or help you, was looking at bags for a while and no one came over to say hello or looked interested in helping, most just looking at their feet when you made eye contact. Bought a glove for my little one and that seemed to be to much effort for the sales person to put thru, asked if they had and single coloured balls to get her but just got a grunt and shrug of the shoulders

They won't be closing the other stores anytime soon.

Drummond retail is doing amazingly well over here (I have a mate who owns one). If Golfbox went online only, they'd be handing them more business than they could handle.

The shops are always busy whenever I visit, which is more often than I really should.

Sly rumour is Golf World is getting out of retail very soon. But dont worry Denis still has the distributor rights for most of the major brands here in Oz so he can retire on that.
