Yep Titleist limit the price advertising, same on a bunch of other sites

Just want to give these guys a wrap. They really do customer service well. I purchase quite a lot off great and never have i had any real problems. Ordered a putter yesterday and they rang me today to apologise as they didn't have any left and for some reason the site was still letting them be ordered. Their response when they rang me was top offer me a $520 putter for the same price of $269 . Totally unexpected but thoroughly impressed again by their level of customer service. People are generally quick to complain but not often offer the praise when they do something right.

Yep, agreed. That is impressive. As Toxic said, best customer service by a mile.

They've been good with CS for me until recently. Tried to buy a buggy and had emailed them about different colours. They said to give them a call, and I was then told he's never heard of ordering in stuff and will call me back in the afternoon. I had to call them for 3 consecutive days to receive the same answer. I ended up emailing back the original guy and he said he'd sort it out for me. Didn't hear from him for a week, and I had to chase up with them again. Finally got a response 11 days after my initial contact with them saying they can order in, but since the sale has finished, I'd have to buy it for RRP.
    Pretty poor effort.

Had a Callaway Hyperlite that showed signs of fraying that I had purchased off Golfbox. Sent them through the photos and they reimbursed the full retail price as a store voucher, even though I bought it on sale at 20% off

I don't know of any store that will order stock in and then still honour the sale price. The point of a sale is usually to get rid of old stock..

If anyone from WA has a young one or looking for a golf related job, looks like GolfBox Joondalup has a role for a Picker/Packer on their facebook page

Sure is, the Q Star Tour is a very good ball.

The POLLEN20 code seems to apply to everything on the Golfbox ebay store, so there are some good buys to be had.

Not a fan of the Q Star Tour around the greens, little spin green side.

No, not really. A mix of both. My z stars from there are 2019 models.
