Nine hole putting comp on the backyard green against the kids. I won comfortably, but only one one-putt.

Played OK for a second in the back marker on Friday with net 69, then played awful on Saturday, including a Sergio like 12 on 9 ....

I played in our club's annual Masters morning (hot brekky while watching the final round then 9-hole shotgun comp). I started well with a nice 15 footer for birdie, then made 2-pointers on the next four holes. Hit a good drive & 5 iron the 6th then chipped in for eagle. A couple more pars and finished with 20pts. It was looking like I'd held on for the win until the very last card came in also with 20pts, so we went out for a playoff down the 9th with a gallery following us. My opposition pulled his drive into the creek, so it was pretty much a formality after that, my tap-in bogey sealing the deal. I get my name embroidered on the perpetual green jacket, $100 club voucher, and a pictorial in the paper at some point soon.

Should add that once again I got to 3 up thru 10.I played good golf,he just made a couple of putts when needed and I made 2 bad mistakes that cost me as well.Cant complain though,I had 76/66 for a round and didn't concede on a hole.

Is good golf , need a bit more killer instinct it seems , put these guys away and don’t let them back into the match

    Sun @ Murray Bridge
Had a lot of hits on some holes, not as many on others.
    No handicap anymore, no score.

There was a slight glimer of hope that could happen without the spoilers tagging along but that certainly went out the window over the last few weeks.
