It's not like the summer ones is it, you have to use too much imagination.

Did anyone see the first jump in the women's airiel event? The Korean wildcard.

Was not a fan of the Lydia 'sour grapes' episode last night (re: David Morris)

He was simply not good enough to make the top 9 end of story

Good effort, a great story, but not good enough, move on

PS: Lager; he does actually have a job as a school teacher

Yea lots of moaning on the news this morning, but his jump was not good enough to get there in the first place.

It also highlights what a joke some of these events are.

I blame our dated coaching methods.

A strategy that relies on the rest of the world to fall over is so 2002.

There was alot of hype surrounding 'winning edge' targets, sounds like total bs and the typical aussie mantra of punching well above your weight

There are 5 judges who assess 3 parts of each jump. At best, 2 judges agreed on the score for any specific aspect of his final jump. They also eliminate 2 of the 5 scores which is an admission from all involved in the sport the judging system is flawed at best, corrupt at worst. Say what you want about it but absolutes like "simply not good enough" and "end of story" are both entirely incorrect.

feisty little bugger, phew! my head is spinning after reading that

He wasn't a match for the final two jumpers, there were distinctive differences in quality, but of course just IMO

Your opinion. Exactly. There is no definitive answer. If it were up to me they'll all get 0 for the landing unless it's on flat ground
