Top stuff Courty, conquered the game! Three birdies in a row is pretty cool.

I guess that puts any farming plans to bed?
Still not playing enough GolfLink | Slightly less terrible stats brought to you by Golfshot - F: 57%, GIR: 23%, UD: 14%, P: 34. Wow, improvement! | Nickent brand ho or tightarse? You be the judge!

Nice birthday present Courty, with form like that you would be an unbackable favorite at Vic Champs....champ champ champ champ. You might be able to sell tickets for people to watch your next round........champ champ champ champ.

Solid form right there ....champ champ champ champ.

It's nice to prove to myself that I can actually do it over an entire round... it's usually there in patches but doesn't last.

The consecutive birdies was cool, can't remember doing 3 in a row before. Had a decent look at another one on the 15th too. Hitting one in the piss on 16 was bloody annoying, but I recovered well to save bogey.

The biggest problem was that I'm not eligible to win any prizes today so I have nothing to show for it (the Wednesday comp is run by the 'All Sporters' Club).

I did think about using that old ‘conquered the game’ chestnut, but thought better of it.

It was pretty obvious I had a potential career round in the making, so I wasn’t about to kill that off to give me an extra shot against a potato next week.

Bushy & I did joke about me walking off after 14 (when I hit 35pts) and taking wipes for the last 4 holes.

Direct line straight back to the clubhouse. Don’t forget the fact the DSR was 74 so it ended up a played to +2. That will hold you back for the next 12 months of farming.

I average 60 GL rounds per year. That round will be gone before CoC.

Interesting that DSR was so high though, that must have been the effect of the entire afternoon field getting washed out (NCR).

Great score, Courty. I'm jealous of the even par round.

Looking at the results page you scored a ball in the rundown ($23) while 2nd place scored $100. Time to pay your AllSporters membership you think??
