That grilled tomato looks pretty good to me... just needs some spinach, scrambled eggs and chilli sauce.
Used to deal with some of Australia's largest tomato growers, at Bowen in NQ.
They were that good, you could pluck em off the trellis & hook straight in.
They always left the ripe tomatoes behind when picking. We had some seriously good smokos with the leftovers.
