    Default Golf Gloves

    Curiousty question for all..

How long does a golf glove last you during a round? (For me i change every 4 or 5 holes)

Do you wash your golf glove after a round? If so how?

Depends on the brand. Titleist weather soft can last me 6 months, cheaper brands can be scrapped after 6 rounds. It pays to get quality.
Are you going to start another spreadsheet

    Nice thread Toxic!!

I use the same glove all round unless a hot or wet day.

Don't wash them, but do make sure they dry properly after the game.

I keep using them til the thumb goes, 6 rounds or 650 shots, whichever comes first.

No matter what i buy, after 9 holes max i can feel the sweat and i have to change. I always have 4 or 5 attached to the top strap of my buggy. (Unless its wet of course). My thumb area wears 1st as well.Note: I also putt with a glove on which most of my golf mates don't.Just put 15 gloves in the washing machine...1st time I've tried washing a glove

Four years for a pair of Footjoy Wintesof, and gets washed at the end of the season (or are in the wet clothes bag after a golfing trip).

No desire to buy gloves in spring, summer or autumn.

I use 2 gloves each round, and alternate shots with them. Have them attached to my buggy with Velcro.

Mine wear out in the palm, as I grip the club so the butt is hinging in the palm, so it wears there first.

A glove lasts maybe 4-6 rounds, and a few range sessions.

I wear the thin Cabretta leather ones, that are not so durable. I bought heaps of taylormade R9 ones years ago, and bought in bulk when they were cheap from golf box

Has anyone got any tips for where I could buy good quality gloves cheap again? Almost out.

I think I bought 40-50 of them last time, bought the R9 leather gloves for under $10 each

I love Cabretta leather gloves, but they're no good in the humidity so I use the FJ StaCools.

In summer I often rotate between 2 gloves during the round. To maximise lifespan I only wear a glove for full shots, and take them off immediately after hitting.

I've started wearing a glove again, but really struggle to find one that fits perfectly.

Callaway dawn patrol are good sometimes , but the fit seems to vary from glove to glove for me.

Someone needs to make a m/l, skinny finger model.

Golf glove sizing is interesting, when I started, I was wearing a large Taylormade. The last Footjoy glove I bought was a small.
