Anser-style putter with top line

I'm looking for a plumber's-neck with a sight line one top. This seems to be a rare style - why is that?

Odyssey have one in their ai milled range, can't really find others.

Odyssey do a Topline in most of their anser shapes. I think their #1 model. You may find something in their older models to try or cheaper.

Or find one someone has special ordered like a lajosi

They are rarer for sure. You can customise a lot of putters now via their own website.

Also the option of getting a naked and sending it to Lajosi for a topline. Done that few times...

Agree. Cheaper/easier way is to get whatever you like the look of off the rack and send to Lajosi to add the top line. I got one added by them a few years ago for $80 shipped.
