short par 5 - simply bunt a 4 iron 180 odd down the middle, 7 iron and a wedge and two putts and walk away with Par.

Note: I'll be taking driver off the tee

i have ruined many a good front nine on 10 ,11, 12 n 13 . So my day could be over very early on .
I am pleased to be teeing off on 10 , it's a long walk from lakes 9th back up to the car park so prefer to get that done after 18 not after 27
My goal is just to finish , having a decent score will be a bonus , being painfree sat morning is unlikely but would be an added bonus

I have a 3hr drive home to Shepparton after we finish the 27 holes - I'll be cactus, get home have 3 or 4 beers and collapse for 12 hours

yep the walk from 27 to the clubhouse was a killer today - nice to get it out of the way mid way followed by lunch

first drive is always nerve racking for me - doesn't matter if I'm playing on my own or with a group of 50

should be a 3wood, 7 iron type hole

but i'll want to pull driver and try and attack the hole (my worst fault with my game is lack of patience)

Done and dusted.Weather held off till we completed the marathon.their was some really good shots, some not so good, and a few strange ones as well.Great to finally meat Grumpy and toxic, and his mate guy.We almost ost grumpy after the 3rd or 4th,but he ground it out and played dome great golf, toxic hits a long ball, real long.I nailed a drive on a par 5 to about 240m,and he carried it .No one picked up a prize but we had fun. It's hard having lunch after 18 and then having to go back out and finish another 9.
I hit to my days handicap of 17 finishing with a nett 107.

You played well today joe , was awesome watching toxic's drive sail over yours .After 3 holes I was 7 over par and four over handicap , it was going to be a very long day, finished the day 3 over hcp on 110 nett.Turns out we went very close to winning the teams event . We were beaten in a three way count back with a 440 total nett .Thanks to all three of you for playing today it was a great day I enjoyed it very much .The day was a great success , had 115 players , everybody seemed very pleased with the day . Hopefully team ozgolf can go one better next year
