Quite the opposite, actually. Dave & I both completed our schooling early. Child prodigies, we were.

That and a commerce degree at Uni. I had to get some partying in before I became a boring accountant.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

Courty and I were also motivated to finish highschool as quickly as we could to escape the Marist Brothers. It would have been worse if we were borders.

Looks like we're going to have to find ourselves an official cake partner of the OzGolf Vic Champs this year.

Someone can jump on the ferry over the weekend and grab some of those vanilla slices that Marto raved about at Champs 1, and come back.

    Any volunteers???

If I wasn't planning to stop at Cobden on the way over to see family, I could have brought the Kitcheners.

Bee sting from the Rolling Pin bakery in Ocean Grove is this year's recommendation.

You might want to grab a quick 14 holes on the way through too. Love Cobden. Great little track.
