Started wipe, wipe and struggled to 13 points around the front.
Finished birdie par, ended up with 29 which due to a DSR of 76, became a played to 8 and a flag 😂

Hmm. Surprisingly my Ga handicap went down by. 6 yesterday

Even though I hit 103 of 22 handicap.

It did come up with 31 points for the day

    How does this work?

Well.. The star and the sun is aligned today...

Loving the Mizuno Mp60... Seems to go exactly where I aim without fear of pulling the shots. 4 iron was easier to hit than my Apex which was surprising.

Finished the day at 42 points of 21 handicap with 1 blown hole.

If only I played like this yesterday during the stroke game

34pts in the Sunday Stableford League today. It seems they cut & rolled the greens this morning as they were bloody quick!

I'm looking forward to the upcoming Qld Champs in Cairns....so I can escape the heat in Ballina. It was 32 degrees today.

I played quite well, but my new low handicap means quite well isn't good enough nowadays. Not too long ago I'd be very happy with 8 over. Now it is just a mediocre 34 points.

    31pts at Pacific.

Hit it off the tee pretty well, front nine was average for approaches, back nine was better. Very windy day.

Dsr for the day was 76!!

6th straight game with 27 points and under.

    Getting a little tiring.

First round of Club Championship and it was eventful. A few birdies, too many bogies but no doubles. Sitting inside the top 10, which is surprising.

85 net 73 (par 70) in the first round of the Gordonvale Open.

Two triples derailed what could have been a good score. Looking forward to the second round today.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

Not fair! I think there almost was a frost in Sydney this morning. Winter sucks!

Still chopping it........let's try again today. Par round today. I usually have a bit more luck with them.

What could have been. Rough start, +4 through 9 then level through the next 7. Finished bogey, double bogey from nowhere.

    79/74.

The only saving grace is the wind is picking up and the greens are getting harder and faster.

    Another magnificent 22 points today.

Got just over a week to decide whether to keep paying a large amount of money to be f***ed off every week.

Finally put in a decent score. Still didn't really hit my irons well but was good off the tee and putted really well. My Nike Method Origin is a great putter. Probably one of the best I've ever had and one of the most under rated putters out there I'd say. Finished +4 in a Par event.

off day yesterday due to lack of sleep..,... so mid iron game was just not there... 28 points off 20 hdcp.
fortunately my putting was consistent enough to keep me in the game.
