Single Stableford at Gordonvale this morning. 36 points, 18 each side and one wipe. Nothing special, just tried to have a smoother tempo with the swing which helped. The short game needs a bit or work.

Net 70 at Nudgee north course.
    Blue tee stroke.

Best described as a scrappie round, 2 lost balls and a unplayable in the first 5 holes to only be two over.

I have started to hole some putts which help, if only I could sort out the rest.

One more round tomorrow before Qld champs

Shit day today... Crap swing... Trial using old warbird driver was ok... But my second shots are just going everywhere.... THE Cleveland Ta7 is so much heavier than the Apex and feels like I really need to punch the ball to get a good solid hit.... Putting was good... Only 1 three putt hole. Liking the callaway supersoft compare to the chrome softEnded the day with a measly 25 points... Guess my handicap is going up next week.

Had my lowest score I can ever remember having today , conditions weren't good , managed 16 pts (8each side) winner had 32 pts . Drove the ball ok but managed to wipe plenty of holes from the middle of the fairway , if I did manager to hit a couple of shots I would then duff the chip and or 3 putt

Leinster Open day 1 yesterday. 37 points. Not a bad day but heaps of improvement available for today. Sitting 5 points behind the leaders. Finished the day with a 3 for 5 on the 9th so that helped

36 points day 2 of the Leinster Open. 23 points on the front 9 then came home with 13 points. One of my playing partners took slow play to a new level and never shut up so that caused me a good deal of aggravation after the first nine.

22 yesterday. Couldn't do anything right.
Won my Semi Final Handicapped match play today for the Presidents Trophy.
3&2 giving my opponent 3 shots. Just lucky when he drove the ball 40m past me, he wanted to shank the next. Nearly hit me about 3 times.
Next opponent is the Captain of the club.

79 (34 points) today with 3 dbls in the "Sunday Super League" comp that's just started. Some absolute puss mixed in with some good golf. One of those days where I could just have easily had 20 points or 40 points had 1 or 2 things gone the other way.

The Captain can't win the President's Trophy, so you are a certainty Waza.

On the other hand, if you something done at the club, it is a good time to mention it when you are two down with two to play.

Do you know who was playing in the group behind you? One guy teed off and the ball ended up on the 18th fairway level with the bunker. The other hit his up the first but only about the same distance...

2 down in a Par event yesterday. Hit 4 of 14 fairways , fighting a hook off the tee at the moment and it's killing my game.

I chipped and putted very well, as you need to when your in the sh!t off the tee as often as I was.

Have been thinking lately that it might be time to move on.
Had a few discussions with him and the ex captain yesterday after the round.

I know the guys playing behind, but don't know who hit what as I was ducking for my own life from my opponents shanks.

Noticed one of our new members won again yesterday. HMMMMMMMMMMM!

I played in the new Sunday Superleague yesterday (once a month, best 3 scores from 5 rounds).

I didn't hit the ball that great, but my short game was on point. 38pts (18/20) with a wipe on each 9.

    Club Champs on the weekend.
    Saturday 87/75
    Sunday 80/68
Was good enough for nett runner up in A Grade
A disappointing quad 8 on 15 when I was +2 at the time eventually cost me the win.
But overall happy with the result as it has been awhile since I have played any good.

Went for a practice round today after being a bit disappointed with my second round in the Leinster Open yesterday. Shouldn't have bothered. It all fell to pieces. Lost 5 or 6 balls and finished with 108 off the stick. I think it worked out to 33 points which isn't dreadful but I was all for stroke today. Had my handy chipper stolen from my bag on Saturday night and it's mentally screwing me as I rely on that club around these greens.

    Someone stole your chipper! Wow!
