No one can display a shank, the way that Arccos does.
Just for the record, I'm ignoring you all...

It's beautiful, and brings so much joy during a round review.
How do you fix this shit?
Still unimpressed.

Manually remove and add to the right hole after the round, I think. If you catch it during the hole, you can transfer.

At the end of each hole, I check the shots and confirm the putts. Swipe over to the next hole and tap “Play This Hole” if it hasn’t already been preselected.
Thats the only interaction with the phone I have other than starting and finishing.
Hoges - I’m not sure what is happening other than potentially an issue with the gps? But once you’re on a hole it shouldn’t be jumping over to the other holes like that.

Not sure it's GPS related because the shots are in the right spots on the right hole. More algorithmic inside the app? These holes were played nearly 4 hours apart. How are these shots not timestamped and logged? A simple bit of code could say if they're not within 15 minutes of each other they couldn't possibly be "on the same hole".

Golf pad isn't bad at displaying shanks either. This from last year, the tee shot bounced off an annoyingly placed tree but still.

I had a problem with the Arccos SG calculation during a recent round, that the support team confirmed as a known bug. I hit my iron approach shot from about 130m out of bounds, but the app was counting the penalty strokes against my drive, instead of my 100-150m approaches. If I moved the penalty back to the drive, nothing changed. If I moved it to the next shot, which was inside 100m, then it counted against approaches inside 100m. I deleted the shot and re-added it, and I could not get it to count against the correct shot. I tested it on another hole, and there was no problem. It was only occurring on one specific hole during this round. Weird!
BTW my replacement sensors did eventually turn up, so I've got a heap of spares now.

That is a concern. I've got about 16 or so spare, including one putter sensor, since I was able to grab a set, because I have a recent Ping driver. I was a bit concerned a few weeks ago, when my putter sensor wasn't on the club, or at the hole when I last remembered using it. Fortunately, it was at the bottom of my bag.
The warranty is two years for the batteries going flat.
Anyone else have trust issues with the distance and as a result the data on how far you hit clubs? An example is when I laser a pin that is 105m away, hit my shot to pin high, yet the Arccos will show it as a 95m shot.
After using for a few months, I've seen some greens in wrong spots etc which makes distances weird.
Also I think turning on the "show walking line on green" or whatever it's called feature has helped with pins, as has the link and clicking it next to pin.
I guess if it's marked 10m short each time, then that's bad, but if still on green and sort of close for distance to pin, over a few hundred rounds I would assume it evens out a bit?

I wouldn't have thought the greens in wrong spots should matter, as it should detect where my approach shot was from, and then where my first putt was from, which would calculate my shot distance regardless of green location. If there is a GPS error, I would think it would be out in the same direction for both of the shots.
I never see it mark over distance, always under, so it would be making the averages of my clubs lower than what they actually are. I only noticed that walking line setting on the screen yesterday, but didn't know what it was for. I'll give it a try.

Very interesting article here, compring hybrids to fairway woods from studying the Arccos data
How does Arcoss know a player has improved in their first year? they dont have data from the year before.Recognised by Golf Digest Editor’s awards 5 years running Arccos’ members improve by an average of 5 strokes in their first year of membership!
blow my mind Andy!!! where do you come up with this stuff
