Bladed the ball all day for a 31.. Also before we teed off there was a paired multiplier comp.
Threw the balls up and picked our partners. Ended up with 66 points.
Handed the card in pretty happy and they said we ****ed up and the score should of been an aggregate ( added instead of multiplied) and that the teams would be chosen as per the booking sheet.
So basically nobody knows how they did. 🤔

33 points in a dismal display of putting (35 putts). For the 3rd week in a row I've hit my second shot on my first hole (10th) to 4ft and walked off with par.

37pts yesterday. No wipes. 4th overall and 1st win in C Grade.

DSR played to the course par 71 instead of 69. Cap dropped .3, now 23.7 but enough to drop a shot on Saturdays when off the Blue tees.

Had a day out yesterday in my first comp round for a month. We played 4BBB stableford, so I wasted it somewhat, but I'm happy to be in form.

82 off the stick off 18, would have been 44 points by my calculations, with 2 wipes. Wiped 10, but then went around the rest of the back 9 in even par. My pair finished with 47 points, but we got knocked off by another group who had 48 for some shield or something.

    Nice scoring Larry. Well done.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

36 points 85 off the stick at Yarra Bend in Melbourne this Saturday. Made the turn at 5 over 40 then proceeded to have a couple 7's and a 3 putt par on a par 5. All in all plenty of things to be please about for the round.

27 points (10/17) at Richmond this morning. Hardly hit a fairway, couldn't draw anything to save myself, but somehow finished with the same ball that I started with and jagged a bird on 16.

Last 5 holes were fairly good (12 points), but 5 wipes in the first 13 wasn't.

34 Points in first comp since operation today. Missed some easy putts and duffed a few chips. Fat handicap makes it look better than it was. Some promise of interesting times ahead as I get used to the bionic hip.

On a side note, it must have been an easy day the winner had 47 points ....
