Had in excess of 200mm for the week (can't check the rain gauge at work this morning) up here at Woodford and nearly 400mm at Maleny, as a result the Stanley river has started to flood and I have the day off work due the road to our farm being under water. This rain should be helping out the levels in Somerset Dam I would expect to see the level in this dam to rise 5 to 10% at least over the next few days. Rises in the level of Wivenhoe may not be as significant, but every little bit helps, don't it.......

Awesome rainfall. Will be good to see Somerset go up. Wivenhoe is really for flood mitagation anyway. I tipped another 20 mm out of the gauge this morning, for 120mm in a week. Nice. Hope the course gets a chance to dry a bit before Sunday!
