Day 2.
Kitchener Cup at The Vines Reynella
State pride on the line here in a 4BBB format.
With an imbalance of numbers this year a draw was conducted as to who would represent S.A (Kitcheners) and Visitors (Schnits)
We had a late withdrawal yesterday so JasonB won the toss to play swing man for both teams in his grouping.
Someone turned the lights out when the lead group was playing the 15th as it came in real dark followed by thunder and flashes of lightning seen all around in the distance. The abandon play siren sounded and the round was called shortly after. The last group had completed the 14th so the game reverted to a 14 hole comp.
The Kitchener Cup has been won by Team Schnit

Hows the weather looking today guys hope its a better day for you
"There are 50 things to remember in the golf swing. Trouble is that I can only remember 49 of them" - Bob Hope.
6% chance of rain at midday tomorrow. Going down to 1% later on.
So should be no rain tomorrow, cold and windy conditions though
No idea where you got that from!?
Taken from the BOM site:
Sunday 13 November
SummaryMin 12 Max 18 Showers easing. Windy .Possible rainfall: 2 to 8 mm Chance of any rain: 80% Adelaide area
Cloudy. High (80%) chance of showers, most likely in the morning and early afternoon. Winds westerly 35 to 45 km/h turning southwesterly early in the morning.
Day 3.
First round of the main event at Tanunda
It was brutal out there today blowing its guts out for the whole day with the occasional shower to make it worse.
No suprise with the scores being low with strong winds and long rough that eats golf balls.

Tough day to have been out there, well played Marcel on the win, and once again Hatchman is up there. Scores are quite close really so all to play for at RAGC tomorrow.
I think I need to provide an Iron Man update for Saturday without revealing the Sunday details.
So, after Saturday play Hatchman is leading by 13.
With the weather the way it is Waza may not be totally discounted.
Before Sunday scores are officially posted I will only say that things have changed.

Day 4.
Final Round @ Royal Adelaide to find out who is OzGolf S.A Champ for 2016.
Today was just as brutal as yesterday with strong winds and occasional showers.
Keeping it in play was an absolute must give how long and thick the rough is at R.A ATM.

Congrats Marcel, Lefties rule!
Congrats Marcel! Local knowledge came through it seems
Well played Marcel, finally an SA Champ the jacket actually fits!
All those trips of yours to the UK playing links courses in Scotland etc have paid off, consistent scoring in really crappy conditions. Well done.
Well played to all other participants also, the weather certainly tried to ruin the weekend, thank you all for persevering.
