    Home club: sandy gallop

How often do you play? 2 or 3 depending on work

    Current handicap: 11.2

    Lowest ever handicap: 9.7

    Dream handicap: 5

How long have you played golf? on and off since I was 12

How did you catch the golfing bug? went to the driving range with the old man

Favourite golf course played? Brisbane golf club

If you could pick three others, dead or alive, to play a round with, who would they be? john daly he is just a character, Michael Jordan im a baller from way back and greg norman he was the business when I first started playing would be cool to see him play.

If you could pick three OZgolfers to play a round with, who would they be? perci because he is a legend, bought a lot of kit off Jado so probably should have hit with him one day,

Favourite golf moment/memory? Birding the last to knock my mate off for a B grade mug, or watching my neighbour acing the 18th as I have never had one myself.

Worst/least favourite golf moment/memory? hitting off the first tee infront of the club house and about 20 mates. first round of A grade match play. Catch 2 iron thin and it runs along the tee and hits the edge of the block mowing strip. goes straight up and I lose sight of it. Im looking around like a pelican. everyone calls out look out!!! bounces right behind me and scares the life out of me. still halved the hole though...

Favourite current Tour player: Probably Rory some of the stuff he does just blows your mind.

Favourite golfer past or present? Daly, you just never know what your gunna get from that guy. drive a par 4 for eagle then triple bogey the next.

Lastly, talk us through your Monthly Mug winning round? Actually was a bit of a disapoinment tied my best ever round of 4 over 74 but left a lot out there and could of easily been under the card if the putter was on form. Only mistake was a pulled teeshot on 16 which cost me a double. Same old story few lip outs and a couple left short which were in the heart.

Nice choices with your dream group.

I had a chuckle with the worst moment.

    Username: Bitter

    Home club: Toukley

How often do you play: Once a fortnight

    Current handicap: 9.9

As much as you'd like to erase it from the memory banks, talk us through your NAGA round. Where did it go wrong/what happened? The round started well with a lipout for bird on the 10th hole (my first hole) from 10 feet and then another easy par on the next. It went south from then on with my tee shot off the 12th hole going OB because the head snapped off my driver as I hit it. On this day I had left any other fairway woods out of the bag, so my next best was a 3 hybrid. Needless to say it got the better of me as the course was set up as long as it can play (3rd round of club champs) and me trying to smash hybrid as hard as I can just didn't work. I was well aware of where I was sitting playing the last hole trying to break 100. I needed a bogey or better to obtain that feet, however the 9th hole at Toukley is rated #1 so it was not a given that bogey would be made. After a decent hybrid off the tee I still had 195m left to which I sprayed a 4 iron into the greenside pot. A thin bunker shot to 30 feet followed by a 3 jiggle saw me make double and rack up the 100.

I was disappointed to make double but my playing partner kindly reminded me that even if I did shoot 99 it still doesn't make it any better

Ouch that hurts with Driver breaking early Bitter adding pressure to the tee game.
Had similar with a re-grip using a brand I've never used before that turned around on the shaft 1st hit of the round.
Tried not to over hit 3woods but failed and spent all day in the trees for a big one.

Yep hurts, but I need to look at the positives. It meant I could get a new driver
