Down to 11.5 after 38 points today. Managed a 5-2 and a 6-1 on two par fours after slicing my driver OB on both, which is nice. 10 by the end of the year is still possible, if I can get in enough rounds.

Well done Benno. Time to fire up the tractor.

You’ll get there if yesterday was any indication. Probably the easiest 33 points you’ve ever made?

Cheers mate, short game and putting wasn't near my best, but it's great to be getting off the tee well.

+1 in a par comp today takes me down to 10.9. My goal is/was 10 by the end of the year. Does 10.9 count? I should've been more specific... I think I need to be 10.4 or less. So almost there. Although perhaps I should be going the other way for the SA champs

Still on 6.4 managed to replace a good flag with another one , in my last 41 cards on golflink I have one no finish because of rain . The other 40 are 38 at 30 points or better and 2 at 40 or better so handicap shouldn’t fluctuate to much so might be able to get to 5

Does golf.org.au show that many previous cards? I assumed it wouldn't show that many past 20. Mine shows 23, but that's because I've only played 23 rounds.

Either way, that's some good consistency. Golf.org.au has just updated their site and now show a graph - mine looks like a roller coaster over the last 8 or so rounds.

Had a flag drop off yesterday at 7.7,replaced it with another and at 7.6.Not my lowest, but working on short game and putting now exclusively is seeing benefits.I feel like I have a good base to hopefully get down to 7 and be hitting in the 70's more consistently

I'm in a weird spot, I've just gone out to 5.2 because I had a good round drop off, and 3 of my next 4 rounds are flags as well. But I do feel like i'm playing better golf than I was. Fingers crossed the results come and i can get back to where I should be.

You could go back six months and twelve months on the old site

Let's hope so! I'm going to take it out this afternoon for a test roll. More so just not giving up after one or two bad shots/holes.

5.5 with no flags for next 8 rounds, got to beat 5.4 which is my lowest cap.
