I've hit a new low of 3.2 (0.2 better than previous).

I've been through a hot run of form lately... averaging over 35pts in my last 10 rounds.

    Well done Courty.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

Well done, Did you join one of those systems (2 of them) where they pay you a heap of money if you equal or beat your handicap? you might have made a killing.

I was going to, because i was playing so bad my handicap was highest ever, so I knew eventually my time would come, but i didnt know when to 'catch the falling knife'. Then i had 41 pts out of nowhere and got so excited about playing golf again i forgot to subscribe. 26 rounds later i dropped from 7.6 to 3.6 and i would have had 8 payouts in that run (or 7 if you have to beat hcap). Now I have bottomed out there is no point joining.

I should have done that when I hit 11.3, since I'm now at 8.6, and hopefully still falling.

I would want my partner to be in better form than just thinking about it

No, I didn't really see the streak coming. It just sort of snuck up on me.

April was a lean month, cap crept out from here to 6.3.

May has been a boon though, and with my first ever red round today, I'll rack up a new low of 5.3.
