In the words of Bernie Sanders, I am once again asking for yourfinancialsupport.
Like and RT to demonstrate to Golf Australia that we give a f**k about Handy Cap.

Good of them to sneakily cut it off in the middle of a global pandemic when golf has just about ground to a halt, hoping we wouldn’t notice.
Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!
I’m going to have no idea what my actual cap is now.
The GA website is shight.
The message on the Apps says otherwise;
"...Handycap is no longer permitted to use Australian handicap information as a data source..."
Given GA said they were going to work with Handycap, sounds like they got greedy.
As others have said the GA website is shite. They force you to the home page so they can forced feed you their latest "news"! or rather pPropoganda. and then the actual handicap pages is lumpy, and unfriendly. You can't do even 10% of what you can on Handycap. I know most Brisbane Vet player uses it, and I am sure that is the case for anyone that knows about it.

I have also sent GA an email.
"I am writing to ask why you have denied the Handycap App continued access to the Australian handicap data?. When the handicap system changed and Handycap was disrupted, you undertook to work with the App to enable it to continue to work for its users. Albeit only after a large protest by its users. I can honestly say that the GA Handicap page is one of the worst web pages I have had the displeasure to use. The Handycap App is so far superior, it is light and day better! I know a lot of users who rely on it for information the GA page simply does not provide in an easy to use format, or does not provide in any format at all. Brisbane Vets members are extensive users, as are many other groups I am aware of. You can be assured we are not happy chappys anymore!.
Awaiting your explanation!."

Interesting that GA has said they are interested in buying it. There really is no other way forward.

So even in their official response they note that there’s a gap in the market so they’ll develop their own app. Of course there’s a ****ing gap in the market. The gap exists because they created it by killing off the great app that we all love.
Can’t wait to see their shite, buggy, ad filled app debut in 2025.

They are having problems with the G.A. app Mates, they will not realise any data that will stop the redevelopment of that ap. Once it is back you will probably get access to the data again.
