I remember watching BITS have a near frozen to death experience at Cape Schanck a few years back. The cold won't suit the Queenslanders who will be playing in jackets and beanies.

I thank you for the advice on Saturday night telling me about the cold change coming. The wind jacket I bought from Ray has never been used again, even in the middle of winter up here.

Nice one Benno, apart from the job bit that is. Hopefully you've got as many irons in the fire as you do in the shed.

I've got a wagon with plenty of free seats if anybody needs a designated driver or extra space for clubs.

One more half day of work for me and it's on!

    And it is done.

The group behind our last tee time on Sunday is only a 2 so you've been slipped into that benno. Saturday and Monday are also good for the addition.

Book your tickets son. You are going to the big leagues.!

I have booked you into a single on the same floor as most of us, $125 per night including brekkie & parking.

I saw you talking about finalising clubs and assumed you'd be coming down and finding some gear to borrow.

    Any time Ben.

What time do you arrive? Friday night we have dinner at Commonwealth after golf probably around 6.30, it's a bbq buffet so if you are here early enough and want to join us I reckon you could easily slip in Otherwise we are back at the hotel around 8.30 and into the Banksia Wattle Room on Level 2 for drinks and the calcutta.

Saturday we are at Happy Phoenix in Prahran for dinner booked for 8.00 and it's $23.80 per person for a banquet and BYO grog. Everyone will just pay as we enter (cash or card) and we have a private room at the back.

Just pay your accom on arrival and I have told all the clubs that you will pay on the day. You owe Lefty $30 for the prize pool, please give him cash.

    See you tomorrow!

Don't concern yourself with details, you've got bigger fish to fry. Focus.

A warm Horlicks and an early night is what you need.
