A Family room with 3 people is $51.66 per night per person and a Family Room with 4 people is $42.50 per night per person. All bookings (and the rates quoted) include breakfast. There are no reductions for not having breakfast.

I have also booked a conference room for Thursday, Friday & Saturday night. So get your leave forms in and your name down here. Lefty is still treasurer so the Bank Details are the same as last year for your payments.

I thought it was only Courty who needed to bring extra clubs to the Vic Champs?
Still not playing enough GolfLink | Slightly less terrible stats brought to you by Golfshot - F: 57%, GIR: 23%, UD: 14%, P: 34. Wow, improvement! | Nickent brand ho or tightarse? You be the judge!

Is it your anniversary? Just make it the week before!

Or if you're feeling lucky (probably end up getting killed) make it the week after!

Single stableford each day - but with a kick.

Thursday is a team event, Friday is handicap matchplay going off the stroke index, Saturday and Sunday are a 2 Day VIC Champs event, comprising two single day hits, and Monday is a warm down - single stableford.

Hey Guys, I just wanted to touch on catering.

On the Thursday night after Sunshine by the time we get back to the hotel, shower and head down to the party room its about 9.30 - 10.00. The last couple of years the kitchen have cooked us up curries. I was thinking that this year we could get them to make us up some large tray pizzas. Something like

    Meatlovers
    Supreme
Proscuitto, buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomato & basil
    Roast chicken, mushroom & olive
    Lamb Kebab

We can BYO our drinks, there'll be a fridge and I'll have some glasses, ice etc if you want wine or mix your own spirits. The food will be at cost so $10 per person handed to me on the night is fine if we are keen to do the Pizzas.

Friday brekkie is included at the hotel and lunch and dinner are at Commonwealth

Saturday brekkie is at the hotel again and lunch will be a sandwich or something at Waterford Valley.

For dinner I've made a booking in a private room for 20 pax at 8.00pm at Happy Phoenix Chinese in Prahran
which is only a couple of km's from the hotel and on the tram line. They do a banquet for $21.80 that includes a spring roll, sesame prawn, chicken & sweetcorn soup for each person and then share plates of Cantonese Fillet steak, Garlic King Prawns (something else I forgot to write down, chicken maybe?) and special fried rice. Banana fritter for dessert. For $2.00 per person they will let us bring whatever drinks we want.

Can you please let me know if you're in for the dinner so I can adjust the booking at Happy Phoenix.

Sunday brekkie is at the hotel again and lunch will be at Settlers Run. Dinner is open but as per last year maybe Roscoe's across the road, there is no need to book on a Sunday night and it is good food at a good price.

    What do you think?

I'm in for the lot too (precise reason why I opted no carts... Pizza or curry...either way I'll be happy.

Also flicked another couple of hundred over this arvo...I should be able to finalise the balance this weekend.
