A Family room with 3 people is $51.66 per night per person and a Family Room with 4 people is $42.50 per night per person. All bookings (and the rates quoted) include breakfast. There are no reductions for not having breakfast.

I have also booked a conference room for Thursday, Friday & Saturday night. So get your leave forms in and your name down here. Lefty is still treasurer so the Bank Details are the same as last year for your payments.

We're "OK" for prizes, but donations never go astray.

Worst comes to worst Grumpy, things can go in the charity auction on Saturday night. We've raised a shedload of money from these in the past.

Doesn't work like that Dotty, you have half a cart and somebody else already has the other half.

I cut off changes I was making in this post last Monday Grumpy. Just call the clubs you want a cart at and organise it separately.

I meant to say ... I have booked a seat in a cart on Sat. and Sun., that Grumpy8 is welcome to take, if he needs it more than me.

I may need the walk to burn off the banquet.

All good, I'd booked JoeS into the wrong day, and he requires a cart, so Grumpy can just pay me $20 on the day and jump in the spare cart spot.

Ouch!! I did my best to miss out too, indoor cricket, got hit in the groin, face and finger. The last being bent back and pretty swollen.

I was questioning how I was going to hold my club but you're far worse off so I think I'll be okay.

Hope you have a speedy recovery! See you there still though

Yowzers! That's right up there with Monsta's attempted amputation a couple of years ago. Hope the swelling goes down by the weekend!

I have one of them... yep, they hurt but you get used to it and eventually the pain goes away. Do you have a significant 'drop' at the end of the finger?

Are you going to get the surgery to reattach?

Benno this the second time I have done this, different finger though. Drop was significant enough to warrant the splint.

First time around i did a few days research and found the splint I'm wearing in the pic, which is designed specifically for this injury.

5 weeks in the splint, after that the tendon is as close to back to normal as you get without surgery.

Aint footy fun! Good luck with the recovery. I did the 4 weeks in splint, but kept playing anyway - for some reason it never recovered properly. Then a girl I work with had the surgery, picked up an infection which took ages to come good, then she did it again second game back at the ACT rep trials. She didn't bother having the surgery again.

Anyway, hopefully you can still swing a club, but you may need to remove a finger off your golf glove as the splint won't fit if you choose to keep it on whilst playing.
