Once you go yellow, you will never go back
yay (light pencil)
I'll get them, don't stress.
Might not have a club to play at come November. New owners in at NH as of end of this month.. Could go well; could end in tears. We shall see.
Another Vines member! YAY!
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
We've had such a brilliant summer that the course is looking the best yet. Got that nice length on the fairways and the rough to the side of the fairways is stepping up in lengths just like it should be. Greens have been slowed in speed a smidge.
Still a bit bare under the trees but what courses have great lies under the trees.
Hang On, what's my excuse for playing so crap then.
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
You giving me cheek about burning the worms again!
At the moment I cant break 30 pts. What comes around goes around I guess.
Some might say I might be tanking for the QLD Champs
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
I know I can get my head higher than the ball gets of the ground. Even before I start my downswing.
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
Probably just de-lofting by getting your hands ahead of the ball. But as I keep saying the worm burner crew at Kooey, loft is over rated anyways, brings the wind into the equation
More like my head is in the clouds looking for a plane that I wish I was on
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
Some are mistaking a LOFT problem with a loft problem
Numbers were too low to get the golf/dinner deal so looking for an alternative for dinner. Any ideas or are you just going to head in to the city again as per last year?
Just to put it out there already, Schnithouse in Rundle is not an option.
There's a couple of options in Tanaunda, Barossa BBQ Inn or the Community Club named the Clubhouse for those wanting to look it up. 1918 Bristro & Grill looks to be a bit pricey and high end for a bunch of bum golfers. I haven't been to any of them but I do know the BBQ Inn doesn't do Schnits.
The new Coopers Ale House at Gepps Cross intersection could be an option.
I'll start a thread to discuss.
Would anyone playing at TPGC on the Saturday have any issues with moving the tee-off time out to 1pm!?
Reason I ask is a couple of the guys are wanting to play their home club championship round in the morning then heading over to play the Champs at TPGC.
