Finally got my new Srixons together.

    u65 4i, 5-GW z765
    Paderson kg110 stiff shafts
    Pure DTX midsize grips

Used them today, a before I went full spaz, hit some very good shots with them. Super soft feel and a nice high flight.

Super happy. A nice addition to the stable.

Cheers mate, I had all the shapes with them today - fades, draws, blocks and pulls. Occasionally when I meant it too.

    Very nice looking sticks.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

A mate wants to try some different wedges and looking in the rafters, I found a set of non-CC Callaway X Forged wedges (courtesy of Jazz1, a set of NSPRO 850GH shafts (courtesy of D22Marshall) and a light bulb went on. (Or I may have touched a loose wire in the rafters. )

Time is running out to use those heads, so stuff my mate and I put them together. Liked them so much, I soft-stepped the rest of the shafts into Mizuno MX-100 half-set (also from 2009).

Very nice, and fits in well with Ping G20 fairways and hybrids at the top end.

Ages ago I picked up some Adams XTD Forged heads (off OldRacer I think) and I have given them to Daves to build up. A set of matrix shafts looked the goods but are proving difficult. However he soft stepped the 5 into the 6 iron for me and a couple of hits during the round on Friday has me very keen to get the set finished!

    Too right.

My bro took the 62* last month, and sunk the first two practice hits with it.

I doubt that I'll see that one in my bag again.

Ahhh, the 62deg. I loved that wedge. Was probably my favourite out of all of them.

Collected the components for these from here and there and got Hatchy to put them together for me.

    I know it's 2019, but some king cb's are getting a run.

Built to my specs, Modus 105s shafts, grail golf ferrules, Pure dtx orange grips, and prosoft dampening inserts.

4-GW set, 4-PW are cb, GW is mb.
