Default Friday Pre-Champs Round, Nudgee GC, Oct 27, 10:05a

    http://www.ozgolf.net/forums/calenda...day=2006-10-27

Just setting a placemark for a round on the Friday before the Champs.

I'm going to take the day off and head upto the Sunshine Coast early.
So we would probably have this around the Sunny Coast, possibly Nambour (they have a Friday open comp).

With more numbers, this would definitely be a preference for the matchplay final, if not the Champs. But I guess it depends on availability.

    6 pencils, hmmmmmmm.

I think Vegas was after 9:30-ish. This would probably suit most.

A later tee time would suit me too, as I will be leaving the GC for the champs that day and an early tee time will have me like a drifter if we are finished before we can check-in up at Fairways.

I wouldn;t worry about it grunt. Fairways is about an hour from nudgee, and we can always go to the pub or golf club for a while.

I think Petey is implying that you do the drive first, then find the pub. Could get very, very messy.

Yes - Drive to Fairways. Go to Bribie Golf Club. Drink and be merry, without forgetting to check in at some time. I am going straight there from Nudgee, as I imagine Bruce will be, so you won't be the only one.
