Highish but not too bad. Appeared to be low spin though and had a nice gentle draw.

Today will be the test at Magenta in the rain.

Only thing i saw (through the rain) was you were getting stuck inside then hooding it left. The few where your arms started down first were smoother and solid.

Thanks Matty, will see if I can work on it. Might need a drill to work to fix it.

Not sure on the affect but noticed how laid off I am on the way back as per the following so have been working with an alignment stick to have the but of the grip pointing at the ball more.

    Working on more like this.

Help please, hitting my irons pretty well (6 iron in first vid) but driver is extremely inconsistent/poor (second vid).

Any advice if someone can pick anything would be cool. Not sure if it's just me but my follow through seems to cut inside but can't seem to stop it?

Are you trying to hit a draw?

It is my normal stock shot, and the way the range sits you need to aim right with driver as the fairway runs out at around 220m on the left.

You know me mate, no expert by any stretch so take this for what it's worth.

Looks like you tee the ball quite low. Can barely see the ball above the crown.

Looks like your shoulders, hips and feet lines aren't parallel. Looks like your shoulders a little open in relation to your feet, maybe causing you to swing outside to in.

I'm sorry I can't help with any fixes mate but just a couple of things that I thought I could see.

Two very different swings, it's almost like you are decelerating on driver.

Yeah, it definitely doesn't look right to me.

A reliable source sent me a cool vid last night on a potential cause so will need to test it out.

Ease back on the ho'ing for a month and get a lesson or two off a quality instructor. Your swing's got serious potential.

If at all possible when filming try and set the recording device at around shoulder high and back a bit further. Same for front on.

Cheers mate, I am looking to book a lesson next week sometime hopefully as it has been along time between. Not sure if I should go back to where I started as a junior or find someone completely new.

I think I am nearly ho'd out too. Finally got some sticks in the bag that I am really happy with.

As a good bloke yes, known him forever and even built his house years ago. Has also been a good coach in the past but always seems to give the same things to work on so am tempted to see if another coach has any different ideas.
