Certainly was wet out there today, but was a great track none-the-less. After playing 9 on the lakes course this morning, was certainly surprised at how different (and better) it was.

Played like a busted arse though on the front with 10 points, but picked up 19 on the back, so not too bad.

Not only wet but got a bit cold there towards the end.

31 points off 7 for me - drove the ball well for the most part but a couple errant on the back nine brought me undone.

Pleasantly surprised by the course and I'm looking forward to playing it in the dry sometime.

Thanks to benno and grunt for the game and was an improvement over yesterday, just got to get rid of those 1-2 holes that derail my round and I feel that a good score is coming.

Murray course? There are a couple of ordinary in house greens but I really enjoy it.

I will be interested in opinions of Black Bull - will be down that way at the Murray Masters in December after a spot came up today.

Short for 'Chow' or do you mean 'Short Chow' .

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

So NSW Champs is run and done for another year!!! I want to thank the HatchMan for making the NTP and LD Markers as well as organisging them. Thanks Slug for running around like crazy to pick up prizes and other stuff for me l, for being my roomie and c koart buddy!!!. Thanks 3PP for picking up my stuff for me too and my grunt for my lift and being my roomie!!!

Also want thank my playing partners, DT, Hatchy, 3PP, CT, Slug, Benno (x2), Peppas and Spannerman.

Of course a big thanks goes to all the guys for coming and making an awesome weekend.

I also wanted to thank OldRacer for his generous donation towards the prizes and Beyond Blue charity as well as Daniel Thomas off Facebook for his generous prizes.

Congratulations to all the winners and NAGA.

Spanner showed true grit and from behind to beat DT on a count back, with Benno in 3rd and Dangals coming 4th and the scratch winner as well.

Grunt did an outstanding effort to secure NAGA.
