For the record, the Confederates are currently winning the war, with the score at 2 battles to 1. This year looms large as the Union would hate to go 2 battles down again, where as the Confeds would be loathe to let all their hard work over the first 2 years to go to waste.

I was looking through the course tour last night of Metro.for sure a must hit fairway type of course.Bunkers look great,but tough.Greens will be super fast,going through a lot of greens will be very difficult up and downs..Course is immaculate,can't wait!

I'm not a fan of it. I think we should follow our leader without question. Ironically, our leader allows me to argue we shouldn't be allowed to argue.

After the round at Metro,are they allowing us to use their change rooms and stuff?Obviously they would have certain dress rules in clubhouse?

From our contact at Metro;
"Golf attire is acceptable in the Clubhouse and Dining Room at all times"

But I do believe we will have access to change rooms should we need them.

In February is most like hot with a northerly, and half the state burning!

Watching BITS last year at Cape Schanck, where it was about 5 degrees, was one of the funniest things I remember. He didn't cope with the southerly!

What are you talking about? I was already cold from Saturday at St Andrews Beach, where it was 35* with a lovely breeze and 20% humidity.

Thanks for the tip though on Saturday night at Ray's sale, as I grabbed a cool Sligo wind jacket that has never been worn again, even in the middle of our winter.
