Default What is the most boring thing to practice in golf.

I was on the putting green at Keperra late this arvo and this guy was hitting about 15 chips to a hole and then repeating to another. pretty much the same shot and did about 25 sets while I was there. Struck me as being a very boring way to pass the time, not that my putting was riveting.

3 foot putts is the most boring and wasted time IMHO.

    Doing up shoe laces.
I find once I have done it 6 or 7 times I have it pretty much sorted for the next round.
    Cheers

Who practices? Golf is something you do before the beers and after you're too old to play actual sport

Your drives on Sunday reminds me of a tennis drill where we rally in the doubles sidelines.

Reading about how revolutionary a new swing will be, as it's being invented by a chopper in a backyard shed.

Not enough room free in Daves shed to swing a club, and it is 5m x 7m.

Still not playing enough GolfLink | Slightly less terrible stats brought to you by Golfshot - F: 57%, GIR: 23%, UD: 14%, P: 34. Wow, improvement! | Nickent brand ho or tightarse? You be the judge!

For mine it is stretching and working on the foam roller and spikey ball before leaving home.

Boring: practising with any club between fairway wood and putter.
