I will confirm (if we get the course we want for the missing day) all 5 courses are in the top 100 according to Golf Australia magazines 2014 list, with an average ranking of 55.4.

Lefty, obviously it would be subject to change at this point, but can you give a finger in the air estimate for golf + accomodation for the full schedule?

There's a fair bit of planning on the home front required if I want to make this happen

Last year I played all 5 days for $687. This included 2 nights accom down the peninsular.

Andi's hotel at St Kilda was $130 a night twin share, so $65 each.

Doesn't work that way I'm afraid BITS. Andi still charged me for the night on the tiles and I wasn't even in the building during sleeping hours.

At a rough $ count you're looking at approx $580 for the 5 days of golf, and around $65 per night for the accomm, so $260 if you're there for the works.

    About $840 total.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.
