I think I had the fourth one, counting left to right.

I was shocked to find that Kitcheners aren't as easy to find as I thought. Last Tuesday was my free day, and after lunch I decided a Kitchener would be the perfect afternoon snack, but I couldn't find one. The chain bakeries in the shopping centres didn't have them, and neither did the two bakeries in Mile End. Eventually I found one sad looking specimen, that was looking like it had been on the shelf since 7.00am, and I decided to leave it there.

    Very disappointing.

Currently posting from the Yankakilla Bakery. I couldn't see any buns in the display so I said I couldn't see any of the world famous buns. The girl behind the counter recreated the Cuba Gooding Optus ad and said I will get you one. Touchdown.
It was as good as I remembered.
The Rheinland one was good, as was the Peppas birthday one.
    Cake heaven.

I realise it's not a Kitchener Bun, but if they are selling this S.A. delicacy in FNQ hopefully Kitcheners will one day be sold here too.

I'm in Adelaide for work and have trekked all the way to Bakery on O'Connell for a Kitchener, because I figured that the walk there and back from the CBD would help nullify the calories in the food.

    Oh, the sugar...

I had bienenstich from the Aberfoyle Hub Bakery on the weekend.
I didn't know such delight was available in Aberfoyle Park.
It is between Flagstaff Hill and The Vines.

I've been in Adelaide for 3 weeks out of the last 6 weeks, and didn't have one. I think about it, but never go through with it.

    Ah, the memories.

If I'm reading the tour route correctly, the Santos Tour Down Under will pass by our spiritual home, the Yankalilla Bakery, today.

If we are lucky, a helicopter overhead shot may capture Mt Compass, as well.

On 7mate, right now and all afternoon.

What would an OzGolf Rd Trip be without sampling the local Kitchener.
