    I wouldn't have thought there's a bad time to have one - personal choice I guess.

    I actually tried a local delicacy for the first time last night - a pie floater from Vilis. For those not in the know this is basically a pie covered in pea soup. More info on wikipedia here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pie_floater

    I had it with a side of hot chips and it was yummy

    I think they are waste of a good pie. The mushy peas definitely spoiled the pie at the Wollongong dogs way back when.
    Back to topic. I had a Kitchener from the Rhein Bakery in Marion Westfield. It was good, no it was really good, but not as good as the Yankakilla version.
