I was back out yesterday for a single Stableford at Reddie Bay. We were playing the same pins but off the forward Blue tees. I started poorly, the slide was back and I was pushing them left. And the golf gods were extracting their vengeance in the rough. My front nine was totally forgettable, 4 wipes and 10 points total. My second nine was much better, I made par on the first four holes, made another two, only to spoil it was a couple of doubles. Still I accumulated another 19 points for the total, and it probably should have been 22/23, but for some silly errors.

My Driving was very mixed, as mentioned. When I got it right, it was very good and the F8 feels sensational out of the middle. But the slide kept bobbing up and my hip was giving me curry.
The Forged TECs got a big workload, but more often than not I was in recovery mode, hitting back out of the trees and then putting pressure on the next shot. I was striking the ball pretty well, but I am still struggling with my angles and my direction at times. And it seemed that when I missed, it was always the wrong side.
Again my short game and putting were mixed. I didn't make much of any length and left more than a few in the jaws. Early on the short game was off, but it came good on the back nine and I was hitting them dead.
