Yeah valid point. No one counts the ifs buts and maybes.
My take on Tigers problem besides the injuries is his putting. His ball striking hasn't gone backwood bit may have improved. I think his focus in the long game is to have only one miss on a bad swing. Similar to what Hogan, Nicklaus, Triveno and other Champions did. If he is to win more majors, his putting will need to get back to where it was when he dominated the tour.
I can't recall him missing a must hole putt, in those days.
Consciousness and awareness - awareness is being aware of what is happening and being aware of what is happening within ourselves while we are conscious. Where did I leave my glasses?
His putting has undeniably dropped off in a big way.

Not sure if it's a coincidence but Tiger started missing more putts when Stevie left the same way Adam Scott is missing them now

Since Stevie left Adam I've seen him hit putts that wouldn't hit water at Aqua golf. Wouldn't surprise me to see Stevie pop up on Tiger's bag sometime next year

No way will Williams and Tiger reunite...
He did. That's only one putt though (admittedly the biggest one of Adam Scott's career).
I just can't imagine the caddy telling the pro the line on all of his putts, unless he's asked. I don't think the caddy makes a big difference to the pro's putting.
I suspect Tiger rates just as well when he is stinking it up. Win win.
I would say its more of a confirming the line thing with the player from the caddy, and stepping in maybe once a round when a player really isn't sure. When you have someone like Stevie confirming what your thinking putt wise you step up and hit a confident putt I can imagine that would be why a lot of them were holed.
Sycophantic: (of a person or of behaviour) praising people in authority in a way that is not sincere, usually in order to get some advantage from them:
So the insincere praising throng? makes no sense Is my googling no good?
I'm not fussed either way, only take exception when the commentators and coverage makes you think he's the only one playing.
No bunched panties here. But in response to that, I was that much of a fan pre 2009, I won't lie, even though I had nothing to gain from it. Then I went through plenty of times thinking he was a cok and that he was an ass hole right up to and including the point where I actually met the guy.
We were fortunate enough to spend 15-20 minutes with him on the range on a Sunday at the British Open. Might not have been in contention but even Peter Dawson commented to us that Tiger asked to come and meet us after meeting a couple of the guys last year.
He was nice, NOT AN ARSEHOLE.
But hey, throw your stones. Means bugger all to me.
He certainly stunk it up out there today. Was still good to see him playing though.
It is interesting to see that even though our boy Jordan shot a -6, the only thing talked about on Ozgolf so far is Tiger.
Who?
Tiger dresses like a chopper, no wonder he plays like one. Grey pants, white shoes and some other shade of brown polo. Very ordinary.
But Jordan was just as he was last week, awesome without being spectacular.
I thought the stats were interesting though on Tiger. After shooting 41 on the way out with 1 fairway and 3 greens, he hit every fairway on the back and missed one green. Couple that with the four horrible flubbed pitch shots and poor putting, it wasn't all bad.
Will be interesting to see him and Top5 tomorrow. Who has the better round.
All I can say is lucky there is no cut.
