Andrew (OZgolf userid) did about 6 years ago and has hardly played since.

But it was Andrew's knee that gave up the ghost (when combined with many years of cricket wear-and-tear).

I saw someone fall in a bunker yesterday. They shall remain nameless for now. The old raking backwards trick.

Tom Watson doesn't need to waste one of his picks.

Why is it when Rory plays like shit for 18 months - we here nothing. Tiger won 5 events last year - comes back from injury WAY too early, plays like shit and then he is now officially done forever.

if i have to listen the Chambles tell me about 2000 again, i will throw things at the TV.

And for the record.. Tiger was better under Haney.

I think the stats are that he won 56% of EVERY event he entered. That is insane.

All respect to the awesome Tom Watson, who I got to follow round at The Oz Open and The Lakes in 2012, but picking Tiger in his current state would've been a massive mistake. Guess maybe as a co-captain or something to pass on his experience to some of the US Ryder Cup rookies, but I'm guessing Tiger wouldn't be up for that. Either way, Europe is looking like they'll spank the US team this Ryder Cup. I REAAALLLLLLYYYY hope McGinley picks MAJ in the Euro team… . Imagine going out on the town (and on the prowl) with a younger Jimenez - would be a night to remember, no doubt….

Only yesterday Watson said he'd be a fool not to consider Tiger if he was healthy enough.

I thought that given the uncertainty of his back, picking Tiger might be an iffy move, but then again there aren't a heap of in form options. Europe are shoe ins, you'd think...
